Address: We use your address to deliver you the products you ordered. Any changes to the shipping & billing address are not possible once order has been received.
E-mail Address: We use your email address to send you confirmation of your order and promotional activities and to sign you in (along with your password).
Phone Numbers: We keep your telephone numbers on file to notify you in case of a problem with your order. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and fraud protection and they are not retained for any other purposes.
Can I order by phone? +
Yes, You can create an account and place an order through your phone. We developed our website for complete mobile access smoothly.
How can I pay for my order?+
We currently accept payments made through Showroom Pay, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Mobile banking (Bkash, Rocket). Please note that the availability of each payment option is subject to change.
Can I cancel or change my order anytime? +
If you've already paid for your order, you can’t cancel it in the Order section. If you choose showroom pay, showroom pick-up option, you can change your choice. You can add products further or change with a larger product.
How do I can check my order status? +
After logging in, go to “My Account page”, See “My Orders” page. There you will find all order details including previous orders, on processing orders etc.
When will I receive my order?+
If you choose Showroom pay-Showroom Pickup, it totally depends on you. Our responsibility to ensure the stock of that particular product to that showroom.
If you choose home delivery option, you will get the product within 72 hours.
What are the shipping rates to delivery?+
Normally, We have a fixed amount of “ BDT 1000” for home delivery shipping charge. But It can be changed if Butterfly marketing Ltd. decides.
Can I modify my invoice?+
No, It is auto-generated by system. Once you place an order, it can’t be edited.
What if any product is out of stock? +
If any product shows stock out, just click on the notify button. We will inform you when it returns with stock.
What should I do if my parcel was damaged upon delivery? +
It is better to have a look whenever you get the delivery. If there is any damage, you can inform instantly. Or, when you find any damage later, just contact our customer service at 16571.
Can I have my shipment held for pickup? +
If you want to pick up a few days later, you need to inform us through our email or customer information contact point.
How do I change my shipping method after placing an order? +
You can’t change the shipping method after placing an order. You have to select Home delivery or showroom pickup before confirming your order.
Can I have my order redirected to another address if my order has already been placed? +
No. You can’t change it by yourself. You have to take help from our E-commerce Wing department or customer information point.
What should I do if I received the wrong product? +
It is rare to happen such a mistake. If it happens, you can contact our customer information contact point. You will get your desired product.
How do I reset my password? +
If you forget your password or reset it, just click the forget password button. You will find it just below your login details boxes.
How do I sign up to receive Butterfly emails?+
Once you create an account for us, you will get all kinds of emails from us. Another option is sign-up for newsletter. You need to provide your email at the subscribe panel which you will find at the bottom of the page.
How do I unsubscribe from promotional emails? +
Just open any email of us, go to the bottom. You will find an unsubscribe link. Just click it to unsubscribe for further emails and promotions.
